Heated PIV units
A PIV unit is usually fitted in the loft or a cupboard. It gently brings in fresh, filtered air, which pushes damp, stale air out of the home and helps stop condensation forming. We only fit heated PIV units, so the incoming air is warmed when it's cold and you don't get chilly draughts.
Our heated PIV systems are especially popular in social housing and rented homes, because they work automatically and include added security features.
Bathroom and kitchen extractor fans
Bathrooms and kitchens produce most of the moisture in a home. A correctly sized fan, in the right place, removes that moisture before it settles on walls and windows. We fit new fans and replace old or noisy ones, including humidity-sensing and quiet-running models.

Do I need a PIV unit or extractor fans?
Often both work together. Fans remove moisture where it's made, and a PIV unit keeps air moving through the whole home. We'll recommend what your home needs.
Why heated PIV?
Unheated units can blow cold air in winter, and people switch them off. Heated units warm the incoming air, so they stay on and keep working.
Is a PIV unit noisy?
No. Modern units are very quiet, and most people stop noticing them within a day or two.
How long does fitting take?
A PIV unit or extractor fan is usually fitted in a few hours.
